"Got pulled over by an Oakley.. with our cruise control on at 65. He said he clocked us at 70. So that's a lie. I wish we had taken a picture of the CC speed. Then we see another sheriff riding our tail so we pull over to let him pass. Got his license plate because he was going about 90 with no lights on. You need to get your people in line. Got his plate too. If your sheriff's ride on my tailgate ever again I will absolutely slow down and let them run into the back of me. You are supposed to abide by the laws as well. It's insane for cops to think they can do whatever they want. As the daughter of a retired firefighter I have no disrespect for cops unless they act like they do in this little town. But I guess that's the only way yall make money."
"I love this department. I see all the great reviews. I haven’t really had a personal experience with this department but at least I know that this county is in good hands. Sometimes I see them directing traffic at schools and I can tell that they do their jobs well. Thank God for this special sheriffs department. I back the blue."
"Last night Friday 07/30/21 around 9:30 p.m., my daughter & 14 month old grandbaby were on their way home to Leland from Charleston. They were on HWY 17 between the new Winnabow Fire Dept & Leland. Their left front tire blew out. Deputy Caton & Deputy Blowers got to her about the same time I arrived. These guys secured the scene, helped changed the tire & did it all with a smile. We, the citizens of Brunswick County, are luck to have such fine gentlemen, as these two, working in our county. Shout out to Sheriff John Ingram, The Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office & these two deputies. Thank You for a job well done."
"I was very disappointed in the officers that were supposed to be helping, instead they had no sense of integrity, threatened the victim instead of getting the criminals, and was delighted to break up 2 sisters out of a family of 3 sisters and they are great people and should not ever be encouraged to split apart and have no contact, which is exactly what the deputies of Brunswick county sheriffs department did. Unbelievable Such misconduct out of what is supposed to be trained in all areas including Psychology Professionals I think not There was only one good one out of the The entirety of the group of (Brunswick county deputies) and that, Thank God was a Blessing."
"I am so thankful for Deputy Price of the Brunswick County Sheriffs office. Tonight on my way home from work it is pouring down raining and I get a flat tire on 74/76. And God Love him he stopped and fixed it for me, in the middle of the rain. He is really a special man, Thank you so much Deputy Price."
