"Before 2022, Angela & Mark regularly served our pool & kept it in good shape. They did great work. We didn’t get billings but asked for them, even sent a $1500 check as payment but the Check wasn’t cashed. Asked for a billing, got none. All of. Sudden they don’t return calls, don’t show up, don’t send bills. Weird of all weird as we are grateful for service & happy to pay for service but they don’t bill us. Then they stop service, don’t return calls & even refuse to answer questions when we show up in person. I believe these are nice people who are very behind on their billing & financial affairs. Wish them success but they need to bill the work done & keep up with their business matters. Meanwhile good customers need to find alternatives for service & billing/business relationships. "They caused over 30,000.00 dollars of damage because they never returned with our new liner after storm damage. We tried to call and visit dozens of times to no avail. We were always told that we were next on the list. Never happened, now our pool is a $30,000.00 eyesore that can't be repaired, only filled in. Never go to that place, ever!"
"We were looking to install a fiberglass pool. They were very responsive at first and came out to give us an estimate. Their prices seemed fair and we were looking forward to working with them. We were deciding between 2 pool models and when I called to tell them which one I picked they never responded. I left 3 messages total and it was like they disappeared in thin air. I am just so grateful they didn’t take a deposit before disappearing! Still baffled...."
