"Mr. Massey was prompt at following up and communicated real good. He is pretty up front and frank about what is going to happen, somewhat blunt. I can see why some people are put off by that. But that is exactly what we needed with the court problem we had, some hard reality. We needed someone to resolve the problem not "sugar coat" it. He resolved it."

"Unprofessional and rude. I called because they sent advertisement to my house and wanted to help daughter who was incarcerated. I told him of my circumstances, esp. living in a different state; we agreed on pricing and down-payment. He told me to send check in mail. I specifically ask about Zelle, Cash app, and their banking to deposit it quickly because of snail mail. He said he don't do either and it would be better to put in mail since I live far away and couldn't make it down there so I put in mail the next day. After days of harassment of down-payment and him and secretary been rude and me explaining that I have no control over the mail, At that point, you are no longer my representative. It's funny, how they mailed me a receipt for a stopped checked that they couldn't wait on. It's sad you went to see my daughter giving her hope before all this. DO NOT USE THEM!!"

"How pathetically desperate for clients could this Law Firm possibly be? Tormenting an elderly man who got a $75 speeding ticket with a letter that in my humble opinion was designed to frighten him into seeking Legal Services. I should add for the $75 ticket that he paid the next day, before this piece of trash solicitation even hit our mailbox. Oh... My... God! If I ever need a lawyer, I certainly know what law firm not to go to. Pathetic. Just pathetic."
