"It’s the most disgusting service I’ve ever had in my life. If I can give 0 stars, I would. Very disrespectful, they left us with no seats assigned in the plane after she promised to reserve the seats before the flight. She also said that the earliest you could reserve was 1 day before the flight. We called the office 9:30 in the morning and nobody answered, we called again at 11 o’ clock and she said seats are still closed and we’ve been sending text messages all day long and she kept saying don’t worry until they went home. Even after we told her about the issue she did nothing to resolve or try to resolve the issue. We looked online and we found no seats were assigned for our family. We tried multiple times to call the owner, but failed each time. We ended up with having to pay extra fees and we got seats in the end of the plane. This has been a truly disheartening experience and this is the first and last time with this office. I would not recommend anyone to use their service!!"

"I do not recommend this organization at all. Called the office to ask a question and an assistant answered the phone with an attitude. Afterwards she started laughing at the question and was very ill-mannered. She ended the call and was very unprofessional."

She helped us through flight booking process to Jordan, Even when flights from USA were grounded due to Jordan she advised us on what to do. I will surely recommend this agent to others."
