"Wanda- Gospel Travel Team. Words can't not express my gratitude with Wanda, her team and Gospel Travel, their professionalism, service, communication, special attention to details made my dream 50th birthday trip extra special, my group of friends and family members had the time of their life, we visited Turkey and Greece, my birthday party on the Bosphorus in Istanbul was amazing, flawless. Wanda made sure all of my requests were met, and boy... they were. Perfection! Regarding Covid, we felt safe at all times, all hotels followed Covid guidelines, all buses were cleaned and disinfected, tour guides, bus drivers and overall staff wore masks, in my personal opinion both countries had Covid under control, in addition to that, Gospel Travel arranged and made sure PCR tests were done in private and in the comfort of our hotels, tests were done before leaving Turkey to enter Greece, and before departing Greece to return to the US, everything went smooth and we got paper copies results from our guides. Overall everything was amazing, hotels, tours, food, entertainment, transportation. Everything. Despite time difference between US and Turkey/Greece Wanda was always available to help with any issues. I would give 10 stars or more, but this site only allows 5. Thank you Wanda and Gospel Travel. "Would not recommend using this agency to book any trip. Their lack of communication and professionalism was far from what I expected of a agency that books religious tours. When COVID began, we asked how it could affect our travels and were told we would get a full refund if airlines started to cancel flights and close borders. However, we didnt receive a full refund and they constantly ignored our calls/text and emails. Stay away from this company, all they do is take your money and do not oblige to their contract/word."
