"The steam room is always covered in hair and other gross stuff, this can be easily fixed by a rinse in less then 5 minutes but for some reason they JUST DON'T CLEAN THE STEAM ROOM! Just because theres always mist in there doesn't make it clean. I asked an employee today to rinse it, even offered to rinse it myself and they did nothing. its just gross, get it cleaned team, its not hard."

"Staff and coaches are super nice and friendly. The place is always clean . When I was injured in the Y they made sure I got home safe and checked on me to see if I was healing well."

"Love this Y! Maria in customer service and the folks there are awesome. They took great care of us getting our family membership started and I can't say enough about how clean and nice the facilities are. Been going to the 'Y's' here since I was a kid and this is one of the best if not the best one in the area. Has a great layout so even when it's busy and peak; it does not feel that way. Check 'em out!!!"

"Love the front desk staff, the friendly coaches, and the atmosphere. My teen loves it too and is safe there. She can go and workout without me having to be there with her the whole time. She can go and workout with her friends. It's really great. It's also a beautiful gym, nice and spacious. The price wasn't bad either."

"Love this Y! I’ve been coming here since I was about 13- I’m 25 now! This, in my opinion, is the best YMCA in western North Carolina! It has everything you could need plus smiling faces when you check in or leave. The staff is wonderful and the facility (other than the locker rooms) are always clean! The hot tub, sauna, and pool are the best way to finish my workouts!"
