"You can check out the poor reviews about their California office too. Same business, same owners. Do NOT use this company or do business with the owners of Inside Europe. BEWARE. All the 1 star reviews on the CA review page are legit and the ones that are glorifying them are industry friends or colleagues that have probably run their businesses the same or have no idea who she really is. Anyone that gives a bad review, Sandra will write back and make up lies to throw them under the bus! Or she complains about the families on her social media accounts to her colleagues. Absurd! Our high school used them to put together our class trip to Italy for June 2020. Obviously we all know what happened. They stopped communicating after they cancelled our trip and then told everyone that they should have bought the insurance that they recommended- what they still will not admit to is that the insurance company deemed the event a pandemic and therefore was not covered! I was on the phone with the company for 3 days! Sandra the owner loves to fall back in the “ you should have bought insurance “ There is a video of her on a travel podcast video soon after she cancelled, lying that all of the families said it was okay for her not give back any money and that we were all “ okay” with it- are you kidding me? Then she says, “ I don’t know what to do, I have employees I need to pay and a mortgage I need to pay, how am I going to pay my bills?” I still have the video if anyone would like to see it. We all started paying in the spring and of 2019 in installments that ended sometime in February. Our total was more than $8,000 just for our family of 3. Many families paid more or less but saved and worked very hard to allow their kids to experience this once in a lifetime trip. When everything went down she made the call to cancel- which in her contract that if Inside Europe cancels you get a full refund. Sandra became MIA. No communication at all. Then she finally agreed to refund a minuscule amount to each family to shut them up. Then again months, no communication again. Finally sometime in late September 2020, she emails all families that she managed to secure the rest of our refunds in credits. Okay, not ideal but we were happy to get at least that and figured we could use them when Italy reopened.. We are at the end of February 2021, CRICKETS! No word, no email, nothing! Then we find out recently that she has been traveling to Mexico and Punta Cana and around other places having a “ wonderful relaxing much needed” vacation!! She has a great a Facebook and Instagram page named My Travelious Life ( nice huh?) that is her platform to continue her “ passion for travel” and probably revamp her business. Can’t imagine how a travel operator can one afford to vacation at this time when they were the hardest hit industry. She says she pays for the trips and hotels on her own and they are not comps. Hard to believe.( most likely so her colleagues and family don’t suspect) This company is run by the most unprofessional, irresponsible and self indulgent person. She preaches kindness and plays a victim on her social media by telling her colleagues and friends that all of her 1 star reviews see from families that should have purchased insurance. Good gosh! No Sandra, what you should be doing instead of posting your vacation pics and preaching to everyone to be kind is get real and deal with the families that put their trust in you and gave you thousands of $$$! Where are our credits from the vendors you promised? The least you can do is get that sorted before you jet back into your fantasy world. Now they have the nerve to have an attorney contact me? Class action and a long drawn out process is what you want it guess. And it could have all been avoided. Sandra, please don’t come on here again to respond by making up lies about the families and saying that they should have purchased insurance! We want what you promised in your email- OUR CREDITS YOU SAID THAT YOU WERE ABLE TO SECURE. I have the email, don’t make me publish it. Do what’s right."
