"My fiancé and I booked for 10 days. I booked back in March. A few days before we were supposed to come Kevin contacted me and said the air conditioner broke and it wasn’t able to be rented because of this. He let me choose between 2 rooms. I chose one but I said when this becomes available if I could get into that one since I paid for that one. We got into our room. It was decent until I found 3 palmetto bugs. They look exactly like cockroaches. I called Kevin and he assured me that this was normal. They spray for these bugs. Okay, fine. We move on. My sink in the bathroom wasn’t draining. My fiancé had to fix the lever. There was dirty dishes in the dishwasher. I contacted Kevin about the unit with the broken air conditioner and he said it should be ready 2 days after we arrived. I contacted him. He never responded. I also contacted him that we needed toilet paper and garbage bags. A day after he didn’t respond I told him we still need it since we will be there for another 5 days. He said they would drop it off. They did provide us more things we needed. But I went to the Arcadian dunes office and I got attitude from an old guy that they weren’t a hotel that we needed to contact Kevin. That’s fine but I didn’t need that attitude with it. Also Arcadian dunes makes you pay for parking. 30.00 for parking. I just paid how much money to stay there. Why do I need to pay for parking. They don’t supply towels or sheets. Which we need about but I don’t understand why they don’t supply these things. My fiancé and i started wiping things down after we saw some dirty features (dirty dishes in dishwasher) ( dirty plates and silverware put away) bottom of garbage can was filthy. The place was dirty. Doesn’t look it until you actually wipe things down. Im glad we brought cleaning products. We wiped things down and saw dirt and dust everywhere. The housekeepers must have missed this room when cleaning. Kevin was decent to deal with when he wanted to be bothered. It shouldn’t take him 2 texts to get him to respond about stuff we need. We never got to look at the unit I originally booked after he told us when we were welcome to look at it and actually move. I don’t recommend Arcadian dunes. Especially with the attitude you get from the office. I gave it 2 stars because I like the location and it was quiet other then that I don’t have much positive things to say. Also the second shower was a cardboard box. You could barely move in it."

"Kevin is a true professional. The price was great and the place was clean, with great amenities. He pays attention to detail and even leaves a welcoming note ,and he sent a us a thank you note after we returned home. We will definately rent from him again!"
