"After an extensive search for a travel agent, I decided that Viking Travel was a reputable company with fabulous reviews. I contacted the company and received a reply from Avery within a reasonable amount of time. I needed assistance with planning a trip to Dubai and another to Germany. After several emails from Avery, there was an extended period time void of communication. Avery explained that October travel was the focus and that my needs would be addressed soon. After a few more emails, with the last one being September 27, I never heard from Avery again. So after deciding on flights and dates to Dubai, I was left on hold. Thankfully, after several weeks of silence I contacted an agent recommended by a friend and was able to complete my January and April travel plans quickly. Not certain what happened to create a breakdown in communication but it was certainly disappointing."
