"Overpriced. Poor communicators. They wander onto and off my property without notice and without communicating their findings when there's been a problem with the operation of the pool. Pump has needed replaced and the replacement has needed fixed and this time I've been waiting 4 days for them to come. This saltwater pool hasn't produced chlorine this season since they opened it a month ago and I was told when I called to see when they were coming that "they replaced the cell and the board last week" when it is obvious no new cell was installed. Two weeks later I received a bill for $1346.44 for parts that were NEVER installed and when I called them they said they'd have to "check and get back to me". They had billed me for a Pentair Intellichlor Cell that was never installed. In fact NO cell had been installed. I was told the cell that had been in place for years was simply "reversed". I am waiting for an amended bill. I have resorted to photographing components of the system to keep track of parts they claim to have replaced. The pool light went out within 5 years of installation and for 3 years I've asked them to replace it when they open the pool - no response. This year the lady on the phone promised it would be "expensive" to do it. So I've decided against it. VERY frustrating. They charge $250 to open or close the pool NOT counting the chemicals. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS POOL COMPANY and am looking for another. I've long since learned to buy the minerals and salt elsewhere."

"Pricey I lived in house for a year now for 250.00 they would set pool up and at end of season 250.00 to close. When I purchased house the following year I go back thinking it's going to same price No now it's 1,300 to get pool running. I went to another vendor been happy since."

"Would not recommend this company to anyone! Come out and open pool. Took 4 days before coming back to vacuum and check chemicals. After checking to see what chemicals were needed it took them another week to bring the chemicals back to put them in the pool. Did not come back and after 3 weeks I called them and told them to NOT COME back to my house!"
