"Renting a unit was easy and fast. I was not aware however that there would be stairs to access my unit. (I am disabled with a heart condition). However this was the only unit available and I will have to adjust my loading of the unit to the availability of others to help load my belongings. The unit was clean and cool with no odors. I reserved the box truck only to find out when I went to pick it up at the Hwy 105 location that it was at the Banner Elk location. I had a crew to move my furniture for only a few hours and going to the other location was not feasable. I had to use other means to transport my belongings. Again the stairs were a hindrance. I was able through my friends to get the heavy furniture moved and the boxes I have left I will contact friends to climb the stairs and load the rest of my belongings."
