"The Leslie‘s Pool Supply store on Hanes Mall Boulevard is often times not open during the hours that they say they’re going to be open. When you call the store to try and see if they are open no one answers the phone. On one occasion we arrived during the middle of the day and the store was closed with a sign that said “Will Be Back Soon”!! Over an hour later no one had returned. Today when my husband arrived at 10 o’clock he waited until 10:45 and the store was still not open even though it was supposed to open at 9:00. Many customers came and left when they realized the store was not open!"
