"This place trys to sell you a timeshare if you are looking to get discounts on tickets. They offer discounted tickets if you go sit through a sales pitch for 2+ hours. The staff was friendly but imo timeshares are a huge waste of money and I will never purchase one. I didn't want to sit through a sales pitch on something I have no interest in for a discount on tickets."
"All we needed was a map of the place and did not appreciate the car salesman tactics trying to get us to sign up for a vacation package. Just give people who ask for it the map and let them go, please."
"Purchased tickets online to two boat cruises. Had to go here to pick up our tickets. The customer service was horrible. The lady I spoke to was rude, and she wouldn't take No for an answer. Kept trying to sell me more attractions after I repeatedly said, No Thank you. I finally had to raise my voice and say Can I just have my tickets I need to pick up?? My family was waiting in the car for 25 min. Worst part of our vacation was having to come here for the tickets."
