"This company has much to learn about customer service, but when you're the only pool servicing provider in a large radius, you can pretty much speak to customers how you want. The reviews regarding poor communication are correct and when you've been directed to contact them one way, but then are told too late that they don't use that method anymore, what are you to do? Yes, I have multiple issues with my pool at the moment, and yes, I used their services last year, but I regret it. It's a shame. This is a small town and the last thing I would seek out is a bad relationship with a niche provider that I need. Just be aware that they are overloaded with people seeking services, their time tables aren't to be trusted, estimates change drastically, and the owner seemingly has no respect for customers with legitimate issues and complaints about prior service. Again, not the outcome I hoped for, but if it saves someone else a headache by dealing with them, I consider this a public service."

"I reached out to have them help open our pool and get it cleaned for the summer because our normal person couldn’t get to it. They came out and opened it and came back a few days later to vacuum and clean it up. The pics is what they left me with and want to charge me again to come correct it. So disheartening that they won’t make this right."
