"My best advice is to stay as far away from this company as you can. They had to install 3 different pools in my yard because of poor work and damaged peices. They cost us more money in chemicals, water, damage to our lawn and landscaping than it was worth. Their business practices and invoices are unethical. During the first install his workers damaged our drainage and then charged us to fix it. Its been a year of bad work and communication.The owner is in over his head clearly as we have heard horror stories from other community members and custumers who have dealt with him. He claims to have gone "above and beyond" to fix his mistakes but all he had done is cost us money and a bad headache. Please do yourself a favor and choose someone else to hire."

"Wilkes Pools installed a new vinyl liner in my pool this year and when they finally finished the job I had a couple thousand dollars in damages to my property and a messy looking liner. They walked away each day leaving a terrible mess that I had to clean up. I suggest staying away from this company and not doing any type of business with them."

"Use to do business here quite a bit but like some other reviewers their invoicing practices are far less than ethical. They invoiced me for things I had never purchased and invoiced me for some things I returned. They could even see returned written on their copy of the invoice but it wasn't detailed so they had no way of knowing what they took back. Since the instance was two years old I didn't have the returned invoice any longer myself but they still tried to charge me for the full invoice. Then the way the woman in the office addressed me was horrible. The most unprofessional interaction I have ever had in my life. I will never set foot in this store again and now go else where for my pool needs. If I could give negative stars I would. Willie is a pleasure to deal with but the office is a horrible place to deal with. Hopefully the lady I dealt with has retired and left it for someone that is more fitting to deal with the public."

"Once was enough. Less than two years ago, after they failed to show for a couple of appointments, the finally showed but had ordered the wrong replacement parts for my spa. Came back out with the right parts with another service charge. After they left, the circ pump quit working. They then came back out and took it without my knowledge or permission. They supposedly replaced it with a new pump at the tune of $350 (that's not including labor). I have a picture where you can see the pump mounted on some old cedar shingles found in a wood pile. Professional, eh? Circ pump now no longer working. Looks like they may have simply repaired the original. They will indeed jerk you around for weeks. One star because the gal on the phone was nice."
