"Hannah stepped right in after her coworker, had a very nasty attitude and disposition. Her face told it all she was not willing and wanting to help us out. I wanted to buy multiple items that day however, I did not because the other associate that worked on Friday June 23rd 2023 around 1:00 PM was not helpful or welcoming Hannah stepped right in and solved each issue I had. I appreciate her customer service and not giving me attitude. She was very pleasant to me and my daughter, my mom and my grandmother. Thank you again Hannah we need more people like you."

"Once we found the kiosk, we were greeted by a technician preparing coffee that did not seem enthused to see us. Told us we couldn’t get our daughter’s (3 months) ears pierced if her love wasn’t the size of a nickel. She peaked in the stroller and immediately said they weren’t big enough and dismissed us. We went to Rowan immediately after and her ears were pierced with no problem."

"I came looking for affordable real jewelry and was assisted by very nice young woman named Ashley. She was very professional and helped me find the style of chain I was looking for. She showed me a few items that would go nicely with the necklace I was purchasing and I ended up getting the matching bracelet as well. She recommended I put it on their credit card so I can make small easy payments without burning a hole in my pocket. Love the selection of jewelry and the location of the kiosk. LOVE LOVE LOVE. Definitely will be a regular shopper."
