"Woodcroft is a very sought after neighborhood in Durham and the Woodcroft pool is in walking distance for most people in the neighborhood. It is under new management and it has taken a drastic turn from a affordable pool for families and the community to prices that DO NOT make sense. There are not as many other options in Durham as there are in Raleigh and they are using this to force people into paying ridiculous prices to be able to enjoy a family pool. Heating the pool and opening it in March are some of the NEW investments that DO NOT make sense to most people enjoying the pool. The pool also needs some updating. It is a truly a SAD state for the neighborhood and I hope to find a solution to bring it back to what it was."

"Recent change of ownership has distanced itself from the surrounding community, charges extra fees for everything, and refuses to share the parking lot with residents who want to use the fields (eg for soccer leagues that have been operating for decades) and access to public trails. Canceled my membership."

"Memorial Day Weekend 2022 felt like l was in the movie Caddyshack pool. Very busy, 80’s music, lots of fun with the kids!!! Love the slide, the kids play area, the snack bar, games, all of it. Great place for families with young kids!"

"Great place for swimming. We were guests of a member for a few days. We had a great time. The water slide was my kids favorite, but the rock climbing and diving board were a hit as well. There were always enough life guards to make us feel comfortable. The snack/food bar was great for grabbing a quick snack during adult swim every hour. There were plenty of places to sit with an umbrella. Would join if we lived in the city."

"A great place to take the kids for swimming. The pool has a small rock climbing wall and there is a water slide. They have a good 5-6 lifeguards on duty at all times. There is a small snack bar."
