"Your Travel Services (YTS) arranged reservations for me and twenty-two of my guests to Jamaica for my epic birthday celebration. I selected the RIU all-inclusive Resort and enjoyed a beautiful deluxe ocean front view suite. My guests were provided information on room accommodations by YTS at the RIU and everyone made their choices accordingly. YTS took it from there - arranging flights and lodging reservations for everyone in my party from three different states. Through the entire process, I found YTS to be very efficient. Customer service was top-notch, and the trip went smoothly, without any hiccups. My only concern was (and this has absolutely no reflection on YTS) my choice of lodging where top-shelf liquor was not available, even with the option to purchase. The RIU was great aside from that one aspect. For future all-inclusive lodging choice’s, I would ensure that that service is provided, as it is important to me even though the price may be more costly. Thanks again YTS for your services.
