"I went on the Cape Cod tour from 10/2-10/8. It rained most of the first day of the trip, which shouldn’t have been an issue except that the defrosters on the bus didn’t work. Kimberly, the tour leader had to sit on the top step behind the driver and continually wipe the windshield with napkins so the driver could see. We arrived at our hotel in Newark, DE at 8:30 PM, many hours behind schedule. The following day, it was raining again. Someone gave Kimberly a hand towel so she could use it to wipe the windshield. We stopped at Mystic Village, CT, a place with cute shops but not what I and others were expecting. We expected to be in Mystic, CT. Our dinner that evening was included in the trip at Uno Pizza. We arrived an hour late and the food was inedible. After finally arriving at our hotel, the bus broke down, completely shut off. A mechanic was called and the bus was fixed the following day, but not the defrosters. The following morning we met our tour guide, Dan. Dan gave us information regarding the expensive real estate on the Cape and how much money people had. Two women fell, one exiting the bus and one getting on. After that, finally a stool was provided for stepping on and off the bus. We ate at a restaurant one evening at the Blue Moon which was included with the trip. The food was very good and the owner and his staff did an excellent job. On another night we ate at a Holiday Inn which was included in the tour. Again, the food was not edible. It started to rain and the ceiling leaked in the dining room. On Friday we went to Provincetown with a couple of quick stops on the way. We didn’t see much. After we got to Provincetown we had time for lunch then back to the bus. So we spent most of Friday on the bus so we could have lunch. On Friday evening we went to a Portuguese Club for dinner and some entertainment. The food was so-so, but we had a good time. Thankfully, Saturday came and it was time to go 0home. I will say that I will never, ever again go on one of your bus trips."
