"My Tax preparer Alan was pleasant to work with. I came in looking for the proper help with my taxes because I don't know how to do my taxes alone. I unfortunately couldn't finish with this place of business due to feeling uncomfortable with the outcome it came to in the middle of filing. My preparer had assistance come over and try to help with what my concerns were. I was then talked to very ugly by a dark haired female manager of this office. I didn't get her name. She was very loud. She was talking down to me and exposing my sensitive information very loudly in a manner inappropriate for a professional place. I'm very disappointed with her bedside manner. I will be in touch with corporate to complain about her and her breaking the law with my information where the entire office could hear. She was later rude to the front desk receptionist for playing light music for the waiting area. I will be spreading the news about her to locals. I have used H&R for many years now and I will be using a new tax service. Do not go here for your taxes. There's small business to support who will treat you with so much more respect than what I received here!"
