"Been using this company for a few years and other than taxes being filed quite late (though they obtained the necessary extensions) we haven’t had a problem. Same thing this year, except we also received a letter from the IRS saying that we owed extra taxes as well as a penalty for late payment. We of course immediately called the office asking for advice and assistance. We called off and on for weeks only to be told that Mr Woolbright would be calling us to discuss. After repeated attempts to reach out, the deadline came and we paid the over $900 bill. We finally heard from them only to be told that “they will write a letter on our behalf to the IRS” which I’m sure will go over fantastically. I call to request all our tax return paperwork because obviously next year we’re using a different accountant. Today I stopped by to pick it up, included was an almost $5000 bill for “estimated taxes” that was due in September that we have not been told about. I get it that this stuff is complicated and that humans make mistakes, but the lack of communication and assistance was unprofessional. The secretary is incredibly nice, considering the level of incompetence. Take your money elsewhere."

"Had my taxes paperwork for 2 months and it was a simple return. They did not get it done till after tax day. And still charged me 250.00 for a simple return. There is better places to go than this place."

"Although they were nice and professional acting, they did not do the job period. I had problems with my income tax return and I gave her power of attorney to help me deal with IRS. She told me she would take care of everything I had to do nothing. Two months later and two letters from the IRS I discovered she had not sent any material that was supposed to be received. Over two months later and IRS still does not have power of attorney document nor supporting documents that were requested to clear everything up."
