"Hoppy Trails Bus Company is a great, efficient, and affordable option for transportation in the Asheville area. We booked them to provide transportation to/from our wedding venue (The Farm: A Gathering Place, about 15 minutes from downtown Asheville). They were easy to work with, respond quickly to emails, and are very friendly. I will note that even when difficulties arise, they figure out a way to make things work! On our wedding day, they alerted us that there were issues with the vans that we had reserved—but, seamlessly, they figured out an alternative and got new vans for us booked! I can't imagine the stress on their end, but they figured out everything and made sure that our guests arrived on time and they were ready to go when our guests were ready to leave. We so appreciate their commitment and to figure out alternatives—I think this really speaks to their values as a company and the desire to work with their clients. The vans themselves were very spacious, super clean, and warm (which was very considerate, considering that our wedding was in the late fall and temperatures were a bit chilly at night). Wonderful drivers as well! Thank you so much to Hoppy Trails for transporting our guests and giving us peace of mind!"

"Awesome Bus Company! Driver arrived more than 30 minutes earlier than scheduled arrival time. The bus was very clean, the driver was very nice and accommodating! What made this company stand out from the rest were the special touches. The bus had a little treat basket complete with snacks, cups, ice, for all 14 passengers.
