"Needs to update store hours. This is my 2nd time attempting to get my daughter's ears pierced. First time was this past Sunday. I even confirmed the appointment online. Arrived and store was closed. Walked around the mall for an hour. Store was still closed. Am here again now. Didn't bother booking the appointment. Store is closed but online shows open."

"We are currently here on a Saturday morning, waiting for them to open an hour after their store hours. I’m trying to keep 2 very active girls entertained, while waiting on the employee to show up. The Saturday after Black Friday. Standards people!!"

"I got my second hole ear piercing this weekend at Claire’s in the Blue Ridge Mall in Hendersonville. Kirstin was so amazing and helpful, I saw her do two other piercings on children (an infant and 3 year old) and she stayed so calm and professional! I was a bit nervous not having gotten my ears pierced since I was a child and I had her move one of her dots. Unfortunately I was wrong and after a couple of days I realized my placement was wrong. I went back today and Kirstin got me all set no problem! Her customer service was excellent, I had a wonderful experience overall and will be taking my daughter there when she’s ready for her first ear piercing!"

"Very disappointed. We drove an hour and looked up operating hours before we got there. We walk in and were informed they were closing in 3 minutes. 2 hours early. If you can’t stay open for the hours you have posted, please change it so people can plan accordingly. I had two upset girls because they weren’t able to shop. I was also upset for the wasted time and gas. I’ll find another Claire’s from now on."
