"We had quartz counter tops installed, top notch service with choosing them, installation etc.. highly recommend!!"
"Great place for quality cabinets and granite!! I've always been happy with Eudys work. I've remodeled several houses using there cabinets and granite!!"
"Worst experience ever. Not worth the price they charge for the most unprofessional work done. They didn't even give us what was ordered and installed the incorrect cabinets and when we called to inform the designer (Dennis)/management of the error (thinking it had been a simple delivery error.) They "didn't want to talk to us" and told us that upper management was on vacation and they never got back to us. Also with the install, it's not finished. They came to "fix it" and they did the equivalent of sticking a bandaid on it. We paid over $5k for built in bookshelves and they look like a toddler put them in. You can see the bits of plywood they put in between the shelves and the fireplace yo "fix the gap" and never put on the border we were told they would put in to hide it. Best advice. DO. Not. Use!"
"My wife and I recently moved in our custom home on Lake Norman . Building a house during a Pandemic is at best STUPID! However one experience was by far the worst of all of the bad experiences. Our builder uses Eudy's as their cabinet maker. It all started easy enough. After two visits, we had chosen our cabinets along with the hardware. The kitchen , skullery kitchen, and drop zone hardware was not standard ,so Garrett needed to price it. We pointed to the Berensen hardware we wanted on a display board and Garrett priced it and we agreed. A few weeks later we received the quote. The hardware was listed by item number and no photos. We ASSUMED the item numbers corresponded to the hardware we wanted and approved the quote. Fast forward to installation. The hardware in both kitchens and drop zone were something we had never seen before. In addition, the hardware in the master closet was what we had chosen for the kitchens and drop zone. It didn't even match the master bath even though the cabinet finish was the same. The drop zone had chrome hooks that didn't match the other hardware on the same cabinet. After several months of back and forth, Eudy's refused to accept any fault and presented a quote for the correct hardware not even including a credit for the incorrect hardware ( most of which was still in original packaging). I had located the hardware online and Eudy's was quoting three times as much! I have not even mentioned the many trips they had to come here and refinish items they had just installed. The countertop in the master closet had to be replaced three times before it was undamaged. I can say without a doubt, I will never ever use Eudy's again and urge anyone from going down that path"
"4 years ago our new build had all the cabinets installed by Eudys. We have not had a single problem with them until recently when one of our soft close hinges was no longer working. Went to the showroom to get a new 1 and it turns out they no longer deal with that cabinet company. The gentleman was kind enough to take time out of his day to look through their warehouse to see if he could find any that were still in their hands. He came up with 2 that were the perfect fit and gave them to me for free. He did not need to do that and I appreciate that he did"
