H&R Block

"I have never filed with h&r block before and I never will. I went into the Lenoir location earlier today and the tax preparer made me feel like I was the dumbest person on the planet. I had tried to file with TurboTax before going in.When I told her that she made it a point multiple times to say that I was not filing it correctly and I was trying to file illegally. She said it to the point where I had to ask her to stop making me feel like I am stupid. I have filed with Jackson Hewitt for 3 years now and I will continue to file with Jackson Hewitt because of the way I was treated at this h&r block location."
