"This lady called my phone today I was in another call so I couldn’t answer once I got off I said hello someone called me from this number she was so rude and said yes you said you didn’t owe me anything and was going to block me and hung up on my face y’all when I say I was so confused I called back and got a voicemail whoever she she was she wasn’t blocked before but she will be blocked now cause I’m the most humble person to people and that was not cool at all so whatever I owe God paid the price in full"

"I received a call yesterday I think from tonya. She treated me terribly , pretty much told me that she’d see me in court over a debt she couldn’t even really explain to me. Also brought up that my fiancé recently bought a home & continued with rude comments about how could we afford that & not pay my debt. I’ve dealt with debt collectors before but none ever like this . She degraded me over the phone about my debt & told me to be looking in the mail for papers from an attorney. After reading all of these other reviews, I’ve came to the conclusion that this is illegal and someone has to be contacted on behalf of this business. I do not stand for bulling and this is for sure the definition of it . You have to have a really really sad life to sit behind a phone all day and bully & harass ppl. If you really think using scare tactics to receive any debt you’re trying to collect is working , you should actually look at these reviews & go about things differently. You never know what someone is going through. BE KIND ."

"Deserves no stars. Tonya the lady they called about a past hospital bill was so rude, I explained don't have a job at the current moment. Tonya said well how do you eat, and how is it that You bought a home? I didn't my husband did. Regardless if you want mo ey that's clearly not how to get it."

"I had a lady call my phone while I am at work and leave a nasty voicemail threating to have me served with court papers for a bill from 6/2022, which I have never received any bills on this account. I called her back and she proceeded to be nasty over the phone demanding I paid 280.00 today over the phone or I can just go to court. She was very rude and unprofessional and does not need to speak to people in that manner. I did become very aggravated and asked to be transferred to someone other than her, Jackie did pick up but spoke over me as I tried to complain and proceeded to ask for money today. I DO NOT GIVE my debit and SSN over the phone and IDK y there isn't a option to pay online. I have had my account hacked before and this seems sketchy as well."

"I spoke with Tonya on 7/24/23. She called for Laya Hicks. I explained I don't know a Laya Hicks and asked what the bill was, date of service, patients date of birth, as this name is similar to my 20 year old daughters name, but not similar enough to be sure. Tonya told me this bill was going on my credit, attorneys would take me to court. I explained that my daughter is 20, I'm not her responsible party, however if she would calm down I would help resolve this. She hung up on me. I'm unsure if this bill is for my 13 year old or my 20 year old. I called back to clarify since, I've been sent so many bills for each hospital visit for multiple doctors. I explained I'm paying numerous payments & wanted to clairfy. She hung up on me again. She's just not doing her job. I don't know how she's expects to collect when she doesn't comprehend the responsible party, patient name, or bill and can't explain the debt."
