"Probate situation my husband called long before closing to assure a smooth transaction occurred . Everything he was assured would be taken care of went right the opposite. We do not recommend closing with this title company. Especially if a will and testament probate situation is involved. The excuse was the person that was supposed to do the closing was out that day and the person said she was just filling in. If they were not sure how to handle the closing they should have called to reschedule."
