"We had an interesting experience and in the history was rich. My husband and I went for our honeymoon and thought we'd enjoy a tour of the city. We did not enjoy our time and got off the trolley early, From the moment you sit on the bus it is very uncomfortable, your view is blocked to take pictures. There were no young adults and the trolley driver treated us like children, he other patrons were disrespectful speaking making odd noises. On a positive note the staff inside the visitor center were great, the history was nice. It's not worth the money."
"A great place to start your Ashville vacation. All the information you need for your vacation is here. Several tours start in the parking lot. The bus tours and trolleys both start and stop here. They have a gift shop with nice souvenirs although a little expensive. We did get a few t-shirts and stuffed animals for the kids. They also sell tickets to everything here as well. This is worth a stop and has free parking. Very friendly staff are here to answer any questions you may have. This is the start to your Ashville vacation."
"This was one of the best things we did in Asheville. The trolley tour is more expensive than I expected but well worth the money. I would recommend everyone come here and take the tour."
"The BEST way to see Asheville is on the Trolley - Hop On & Off. Senior tickets are just $33 for TWO DAYS!! You can't beat it. (We would've paid $25 just to park each day at the Omni Grove Inn, but no - we just hopped off the trolley there, two days in a row and saved $50! We LOVE a good deal, so this was right up our alley! The drivers were very informative - some funnier than others, but all quite knowledgeable. We loved hearing different ones bring out varying information while driving around the city in comfort. We didn't have to find a parking place or wonder where to go or what to do - they did all the work while we enjoyed ourselves! Win-win! (Pictures taken on tour. )"
