"Do not use Mark Kuhlmann of Premier Pools. He has started projects in Surf City and Sneeds Ferry NC. He has taken money and not delivered materials, pools incomplete, equipment missing and blocked phone calls from anyone that he owes money too. I have a pool with no filters, no heaters and no salt tanks. A hot tub that has no jets and can not hold water. Water leaking out can’t find where. Paid for a fireplace, fence and electric pool cover not delivered. I could go on and on. I have pressed criminal charges against him. He has scammed dozens of families between SC and NC. He has judgments/liens against him for doing the same thing to other families. Do not let him scam you too."

"Mark Kuhlmann is a crook! He will take your money and run! Do not engage in a pool installation with him. Thousands of dollars of judgements against him.No business license. Too many cases against him for this to be a coincidence. There is an instagram page titled i_hate_mark_kuhlmann where he took $28k from this gentleman. A similar post on Facebook and a comment where he took $8k from another lady. He took $9k from us. He took another $32k from a single mother in SC. We will be bringing civil and criminal charges against him. Is there anyone else who have been taken by him that would like to get justice? Don't let him get away with this. We have to stop him from doing this to other people."

"This contractor started installing my pool in August last year and quit before everything was finished. Doesn't reply to phone calls and won't respond to text messages. Do not recommend using this company to install or build any pools. Stay away."
