"We stopped in for info and we got what we needed...they were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area...best place to stop for info."
"Jean, who works at the "welcome" center cussed me several times. She told me to put on a mask, which I did and I said thanks. She then called me a smart @$$. I told her she shouldn't cuss visitors but she just repeated herself. I then told her she shouldn't be working at a welcome center with that kind of attitude and should probably be a better fit working at a bar. I hope whoever manages this place finds someone more friendly to work there. It was October 9th at about 4:45."
"The two ladies that were in here when my kids and I stop by are fabulous. They have the best attitudes willing to help. Definitely point us in some good directions. If you're not from here you got to stop in this place grab as many flyers and get all the information you can. You won't regret it"
"If you are not from the area you should definitely stop in here. The staff is very knowledgeable on everything in the area to do or see. Lots of brochures and maps here for places to see. Plenty of information on area waterfalls and places to go to view elk. If you are looking to try fishing I believe they even have fishing equipment to rent and can tell you the best spots to try. They can surely point you towards the hidden gems in the valley."
"We stopped in to gather some info for our a future fall trip to the area and were greeted by a young man who was not only very pleasant but very knowledgeable about the area. After asking about our past experiences to the area, he provided us with a number of places to see and eat that we were not familiar with from previous trips. We left not only more excited about our future visit and new places to explore but a very positive feeling about the visitor's center. Many thanks to the young man who helped us!!!"
