"I must have caught Lynn on a bad day, because I am surprised by the good reviews. I was instructed by my realtor Millie King to stop up at anytime today to get a simple and singular notarized act completed on a deed. As soon as I got there, it was chaos and aggressive. Lynn continued to argue with me about the documents I had and kept trying to cite TN law. First, the property in question is not governed by TN as the property is located in another state. I am also a notary and the job is simply to verify a signature. She continued to treat me like an idiot and a child until I told her to contact the realtor since I was simply following the instructions of the professionals. Once Lynn realized she was wrong and the realtor had corrected her about the documents, she provided a back handed apology. I'm not sure why I was treated the way I was. It was a simple, notorial act on a single page. A very simple, and basic task. I am blown away by the lack of professionalism and the disrespect shown when I literally had si pleasure instructions to just show up. This is the fourth deed I've had processed, and this is the one and only time I've had a notary treat me this way, ever. Raising her voice and trying to dismiss what I said. Talking over me and arguing. Horrible experience. 0 stars if I could."

"Lynn and her team are absolutely fantastic at what they do! I ran into a title problem along the way and she got us through it quickly. She went out of her way on Easter weekend to collect the documents from FedEx in Morristown (the next city over) so that everything could be processed that following Monday first thing. If you want someone that cares, that can close on-time, and get you over the line... this is the title company for you. I highly recommend using them for all your closing needs in Greeneville Tennessee."
