She was incredible at making sure every detail was considered and was patient as I asked a million questions. She got us the best group flight rate and followed up throughout the trip to make sure everything was going well! "I would not recommend the Young’s. My daughter and I planned our first trip to Hawaii July 2019. I hired a travel agent so that the trip would run smoothly. It did not! Upon arrival to Hawaii, our transportation did not arrive. We decided to pay for an alternate hotel transfer. The lady that we spoke with there, stated the company we were waiting on are not dependable. After 30 min, our transportation finally arrived. Then, we arrived at the hotel to have a view of a rooftop parking garage. So I spent the rest of the night talking with hotel management about getting an ocean view room. Mr Young’s comment to me was, “Well, did you ask for an ocean view room?” I stated, “When you go to Hawaii, you expect to see the ocean, not a rooftop parking garage!!” Then, we received a call from our tour guide stating our Pearl Harbor tour would be delayed by two hours because the travel agent gave them her number instead of mine and they were unable to reach me. It’s just been one thing after another. I have used travel agents before without incidence. They are there to think for you and have experience in planning the best of trips. This was not the case here."

"Called to book a cruise. The lady that answered said she was with a client and alone so she would have to call me back. She took my name and number, and here we are 4 days later and still no call back. Definitely won't be using them."
