"I love to support local businesses. As a Rock Hill native I have known about this company for many years. So when I contacted them about some flooring I needed I was absolutely shocked that they would not come out to measure or provide a quote unless both me and my wife were present. I have worked in sales for 30+years and if I treated my clients that way I would be fired. It’s ok to ask if there are other decision makers involved but to refuse to provide the service that is not only expected but listed on the website is totally unacceptable. If you need any type of flooring at all, I would not recommend this company. They are living off the reputation that previous generations worked so hard to build but care nothing about their clients who are trying to spend their hard earned money with them. This is evidenced by the fact they have NO social media profiles, and their ancient website hasn’t been updated since 2018. When I expressed my dissatisfaction the sales rep simply said “Okay” with no attempt to remedy the situation. If anything changes I will update this review. Meanwhile, buyer beware."

My Mohawk floor is beautiful, Howard brought samples to my house and helped me with the colors to the design, it blends in beautifully with our hardwood floors. "From 1995 to the present, I've remodeled or redecorated several houses and offices in the Carolinas. Kellett's Floors & Interiors is one of the best services I've used and re-used. Kellett's is responsive to my budget and needs. When I did my office in carpet, Howard gave me quality product options that fit within my budget. The installers were careful and courteous. All went as planned, and the office looked great right down to the molding. Five years later, I was diagnosed with allergies. My doc said the cushy carpet in the office had to go. I called Howard. He found a vinyl flooring that simulated tile and matched some of the existing floors in my office.(I don't like hard cold tiles, but Kellett's has what you need). Again, Howard and his team made my office look great! It took less than 24 hours, and I was back at work. I referred Howard to my 82 year-old mom when she decided she wanted wooden floors in her condo. That's how much I trust the Kellett team.
