I called Mr. Boucher to come take a look and he was able to come out the same day. He is patient, knowledgeable, professional, and hard-working. He stayed until he was able to figure out the problem and find a solution. He had my hot tub running and reassembled in 2.5 hours. He never gave up on my issue until he was able to fix it. The problem ended up being a manufacturing assembly mistake. He even spoke to a customer service rep for the manufacturer and is going to email me an invoice so that it is easier for me to file a warranty claim.
