"Great place to visit for an outdoor excursion. Very scenic. There’s a gravel parking lot , but many people parked alongside the road. It’s possible to take a dip in the water and to walk around. Definitely worth a visit."

"The local Walmart was sold out of shock & chlorine tablets so I called R&S to see if they had any and they did so I went in to get it and the lady working was super helpful & very knowledgeable. She told me exactly how much and often to add the products. A few weeks later I was having a difficult time with getting my pH/alkalinity levels adjusted and I called R&S & the same lady had me bring in a sample of my water, she tested it there and gave me a print out of my current ranges and instructions on exactly what product and how much to add based on my pools exact size!! Super helpful and will continue to use in the future!"

"We had them come and help us get our above ground pool going after it not being used for many many years. They were super helpful and very very nice!! They came out quickly both times we needed them. We had to purchase chemicals and Wal-Mart was out so we went here and place was very clean and the staff extremely helpful. Will definitely use this company again in the future."

"At the beginning when Mr.Bob was there the place was dependable and service was excellent now that he is not there the place has gone to well you know. Last year I called to get a liner tuck and was put on schedule....five weeks later I had to catch a tude to get someone to come out and look. So I waited five weeks after service to pay and truth be told I would have waited longer had it not been for my respect for Mr.Bob. Now it's this year...I call tell them I have a serious leak as in the pool has completely drained itself and the liner is completely expoaed... I'm put on the schedule for June 1...two week ahead....well today is June first and I call as it is 1145 and I haven't seen anyone....the response I get is oh I have you on for Tues June 4th....and I calmly explain no you said Saturday June 1 so someone would be here...her response No sir he doesn't do service calls on Saturdays.....complete garbage....you have taken a business that someone has built and destroyed the credibility of it. Will never use this place again. I would rather pay extra for reliable and straight service."
