"If I could give zero stars I would! DO NOT USE THEM! They will ruin your wedding! I reserved with them four months in advance. we sent a deposit and checked in a week before my wedding. The day of my wedding they were 15 mins late so we called and he said he had no idea he had a wedding that day. So I had no horse and carriage. And we called a week after to get a refund for the deposit and they refuse to do so. NEVER USE THEM for and important event! They are irresponsible and take your money!"
