"I am thrilled with Mr Lee Johnson! He came to our Murrells Inlet home today to measure our existing cabinet doors. Our goal is to update our cabinet door style by replacing them. Mr. Lee was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and gave us great ideas! He put a smile on my face! Thank you, Mr. Lee!"
"We are delighted with our cabinets. Our salesperson was Lee we explained to him what we were interested in and kept us within our budget and provided us with a cabinet selection that was affordable. This was a seamless process from our first visit to the showroom right through installation . Everyone we interacted with was professional and aimed to make sure we were satisfied customers.. Thank-you Lee, Maggie and Andrea !!"
"Salesman not trustworthy. Repairs on new cabinets extremely slow. Quality and craftsmanship on installation very poor. Extremely poor craftmanship custom cabinet appliance doors. I wouldnt recommend anyone here."
"What a nightmare of an experience we had dealing with this family run business. After the first phone call a few weeks ago, we were told that the daughter would handle our cabinetry design and order. However, we were quickly turned over to a guy that doesn't often do custom designs (which is exactly what we need) and basically puts together standard size cabinets for mass/track builds. He called and assured us that he would make the changes we asked for in a detailed email and have the initial designs to us by the following Wednesday. That day came and went and my husband called on Friday to ask where the designs were. He made an immediate excuse of being busy traveling that week but would get them to us by the following Wednesday. What he sent on Tuesday afternoon in an email was not only poorly designed but was even missing the dishwasher. That's really unacceptable after 2 weeks of waiting. Furthermore, he absolutely ignored All the details and changes that were in the design request email from the beginning. It looked like some highschool kid threw it together and thought that would be fine. Naturally, we were upset and my husband sent an email stating "what is this?" and how disappointed he was in this pathetic presentation. I personally left messages for a call back from the daughter of the owner as the response from that guy was not to call or email back with any customer care but rather to have a meltdown and state that "maybe he and Brock cabinets aren't what we need and maybe we should find someone else!" Wow!!!! The lack of business acumen and ability to handle an upset customer was loud and clear. Finally, after speaking with the daughter, she promised that she would personally handle the account and that she was sorry for being out of town and that she was actually the person for the job. She bragged about her Interior design education but admitted that she never even finished that degree. Finally, she not only didn't call my husband back like she said she would and have a basic new design in place but she immediately ran to her brother and referred us to him to "handle." Well, for his title of general manager, I expected some customer service, but knew exactly why he was calling me. He started by saying it was a difficult call to make but based on the aggressive email from my husband that Brock would NOT be accepting us as a customer. When I questioned him about what transpired, he admitted that they fell short and made some mistakes but that they just couldn't move forward. How pathetic. Clearly, they have great fears of failure and with the pre-made boxes that they just have to put a front face on, that is sad in this industry. No worries because my husband and I are far from desperate as he is in this business and knows many other cabinet manufacturers who actually can custom make our cabinetry. We were trying to do our builder a favor by using this vendor, but they just can't seem to do the most basic things in business. Moving on now."
"I gave this company a lot do chances to get our order right and they simply just cannot. They work through and with our builder, so we were referred to them through the builder. The process from the beginning was rough to say the least. Our cabinets were installed on 2/14. I use the word "installed" quite roughly - tons of missing parts, did not even install the right layout from the renderings that were drawn, incorrect hardware, broken and uneven lines, etc. (Please note, I am NOT complaining that I ordered my cabinets in May or 2021 and they were installed in February of 2022. That delay was understood and expected with all that has been going on) So we circled back and made a list of all the things needed, they reordered...and guess what? STILL did not order the correct amount of hardware. And no one even noticed the installation was incorrect in one of the bathrooms (we paid A LOT of money to upgrade cabinet to drawers) until I did. So, circled back, again, and met with the cabinet guy at the house to go over everything in person this time. And y'all, his tone was just so blaming and unapologetic. It was enough of a reason I would never choose to do business with this company again. Then, a phone call comes in to schedule Items, finally, after multiple attempts on my part to get info from the builder because I was not here for dealing with them at this point. This call was a totally different person...and her tone was much of the same: "parts are taking 12 weeks!!", defensive, unapologetic. And I attempted to remind her that we are only ordering parts due to them being incorrectly ordered the first time...and a simple apology could've gone a long way."
