"Never get an ear piercing at this store. I had a botched piercing in June 2023, requiring a visit to my doctor. When I notified Claires custmer service department and requested a refund, they refused because they required a photo of the botched job, which I did not have. The store never informed me before they did the piercing that I would need a photo of their screw-up to get refunded if they botched the job. Terrible customer service. If I could give them negative stars, I would."
