About the Business
The Dwight W. Quinn Recreation Center, located at 303 Stadium Drive in Boone, North Carolina, is a hub for recreation and wellness opportunities for the App State community. Our goal is to enhance student learning and development through engaging activities and programs. Unfortunately, our swimming pool is currently closed for maintenance, but we are working diligently to reopen it as soon as possible. In the meantime, we invite students to bring their families to enjoy our facilities for free on March 22-24. Guest passes will be available all day Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Students on the Hickory campus also have access to our facilities during specific hours throughout the week. We value your feedback and encourage you to share your experience with University Recreation. Don't miss out on the last chance to buy tickets for tonight's screening, ending at 7:30 p.m. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to improve our facilities for your enjoyment.

Reviews
"I wish they had a little more equipment to work core in the weight room, but otherwise everything is in such nice condition. It's great."
"It's good. Has a decent variety of equipment and instructional courses like yoga. Has a lot of windows in the main room so it's not as bleak as other places."
"It can get VERY crowded from 11-7, outside of those hours the students are much less likely to be there. It is great for free weights, and has some machines as well. Racquetball courts are in decent shape, and you can even borrow a racquet or ball if needed. Has a few half-court basketball courts in the back for pick-up games. I would highly recommend it."
"Only place on campus to play Racquetball, but if you're looking to play basketball or use the weight room, it's usually very crowded"
"Only place on campus where you can perform Olympic lifts, deadlift, or find rubber plates. Best gym on campus."
