"The tours may be great but I will never know because their communication is nonexistent. I received a gift certificate right before the pandemic shutdowns. Now that I feel comfortable going on a tour, I have some questions about using this gift certificate. Over the past month, I have left voice messages, emailed several times and messaged them through Facebook. I have not gotten a response. Therefore, I am out of a $200 birthday gift."
