"Since the inception of this project, Thomas Loy made me feel so good about my decision to work with him. Installing a pool is a huge investment and Thomas ensured that I was happy each step of the way. He worked patiently on my design changes and understood my budget needs. The weather was a factor in the project prior to mine which resulted in a delayed start for mine. Thomas and his crew knew that I had made plans around the tentative completion date and worked tirelessly to complete the project on time. Of course, with most major construction projects, not everything goes as planned. Thomas listened to each of my concerns, informed me of any issues and dealt with anything that needed to be addressed. I have always been able to contact him with any issues or questions. We had a little hiccup with the sod but Thomas and his team came out and helped with a resolution. From day one, I felt I could trust Thomas with my business and he proved me right. I highly recommend Loy's Pool and Patios! I will be using them again for a "2nd Phase" project. PS - The pictures do not do the project justice!"

"My experience with Thomas and the rest of the team at Loy’s was very good. Loy’s took on a rather large and difficult project for me - building an elevated patio with retaining walls, installing a pool and spa with equipment, fencing, sod, landscaping, etc. The end product turned out great and I have received numerous compliments from friends, family, and neighbors. With that said, if Google allowed 4.5 stars, I probably would have gone with that, but that is only because 5 stars implies that the project was perfect. It wasn’t, but truth be told, after working in the construction industry in some way, shape, or form over the last 10+ years, I’ve learned that no project is perfect. There are simply too many variables. The best you can hope for is to hire a contractor that is honest, is invested/committed to quality work, and is responsive. I can say without reservation that Loy’s meets all of those criteria. It was evident from the start that Loy’s, and Thomas in particular, really cared about creating an end product that they would be proud of and I would be happy with. They did , and I am. That is not common in pool construction, or even construction in general. I can think of a dozen or more stories in just the last 2 years that I’ve heard from friends, acquaintances, and colleagues regarding really bad experiences with pool contractors. The typical story involves lots of promises at the beginning, big down payments up front followed by long delays and poor communication, corners cut, and a contractor unwilling to stand behind his/her work. That is NOT was you will get from Loy’s. As with every project, we had some hiccups throughout, but every single time when I reached out to Thomas he responded promptly and made it right. The peace of mind that comes with knowing a builder will do the right thing is almost invaluable. I am confident that if something comes up with the pool or anything else during the warranty period, Loy’s will take care of it. I will definitely use Loy’s again on future projects."
