"Eternally grateful to Johnny. Just finished a three year double trafficking (at first but it got reduced of course) case in Franklin county with this guy. The prosecution was generally unwilling to work with us and I truly believe he exhausted every possible resource to get me the best deal possible. I would confidently recommend this lawyer to absolutely anyone. He got me out of a 3 year prison sentence in a situation where it was uncertain any break was possible. An attorney is human and not capable of altering time and space, or hypnotically controlling the will of a da or judge. This attorney is VERY human, WILL care about you, take the outcome of your case very seriously, and use his experience and expertise to get you the best possible outcome. We all know, no matter how much you spend on a lawyer, that is not a garauntee."

"Not only have I used his services, I have referred several people and all had a positive outcome, even when one wasn't expected. He is extremely professional, and communication is absolutely as anyone would expect. James will return calls and messages within a reasonable amount of time, and John sets clear expectations of the possible outcomes. "I have used McWilliam twice now over the past few years. Each time he has always been respectful, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about his work. Good or bad situations he was always very confident and positive which always helped with my anxiety of having to be in a courtroom. James, who handles more of the office work, always followed up with my court date times, location, and what I needed to get done to make the process as fast and easy as possible.
