"In 2023, Polo had a broken vacuum and thus debris was in the pool for the entire summer. Yuck. I was so disappointed. The guards were apologetic. They allow free swim in the 12', so go here for diving practice, treading water and surface diving. OVERALL: One of the best pools for ages 2-8 because it has wide steps into a 2 foot depth and a large area for shallow play before the swimming lanes start. '$1 Days for 17 and under ' are Tuesday/ Thursday, but anytime consider it a bargain because it is run with our tax dollars. Free swimming lessons; free Babies in Arms open sessions."

"Cleanish especially for a public pool. Definitely not bad. So far it's the only public pool I've tried in Winston so if have to give them all a chance. Wish they had concessions but you can bring a small snack and drink with you. Just be sure to throw your stuff away or they'll revoke that too. As they should. Overall not a bad place. Wasn't crowded at all."
