Reviews
"They NEVER answer their phone and not everyone can sit around and wait for an email reply after a week of sending it. They are more annoying than Gangnam style. It’s as if they want to set you up. I’d NEVER deal with a organization that can’t seem to hire enough staff to answer the phone. I mean that’s the least a place could do. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I’d give zero stars if I could. Hire a secretary or something jeez."
"Pompous, unprofessional, unethical. Definitely do NOT recommend as one of these creatures contacted me and was uppity, snarky, and didn't even know the American Bar Association's Code on Conduct. Had to quote it to her. She's right, she's not fancy at all. Ignore these clowns if you came here because they tried to intimidate you via phone or e-mail. Go to Legal Aid in your state if you can't afford an attorney. Legal Aid would have someone to help put these people in check. Don't let them scare you."
"If I could leave zero stars I would!!!! This is the absolute worse attorney firm ever!! They sent me a letter stating how much I owe for HOA fee's plus attorney fee's! I called numerous times to speak to someone and never received a call back. I also emailed them and finally got an email five days later "stating they where behind because an employee went on maternity leave early". I was told if I set up a payment plan I would be charged an additional $70.00 a month so it's best to just pay in full. I sent the total amount which included attorney fee's and what I owed to my HOA company. I had to send another email asking had my payment been received and sent to the HOA company because no one followed up with me. I finally received an email back stating payment was received and applied. Here it is 3 almost 4 months later and I received an invoice stating I owe 85.00 for an email that was sent to me by one of the workers on March 6th 2023!!!"
"We completed three commercial real estate deals with BW&P over the past year. These are complex deals with many stakeholders. Norm and Lindsey provided us with A+ representation. They are highly competent, experts in their field and well organized."
"Would give NO stars if I could. Terrible, terrible company, won’t answer their phone, won’t return phone calls. I paid this via cashiers check like requested, the check was cleared by my bank and I also got a return receipt confirmation of which OF COURSE SHE DIDN'T FOLLOW DIRECTIONS and put date and time received. Working with my HOA manager at my subdivision who is still showing a balance due even through the check was sent beginning of Sept and now they are charging me more fees??!!!!! I paid this, my husband talked to the attorney whose name was on the letter and he told my husband we were all good!!! This is a sorry excuse for a company, just terrible!"
