"I was very pleased with the service and prompt processing of my first order, however, quite disappointed with the quality of the product ordered. Having ordered a Zassenhaus Oil&Vinegar set, I expected to get a few years use out of them, instead, the The collar and head assembly broke (sheared) after falling in my kitchen sink. The fall wasn't even from a distance, but only in the sink. Unfortunately, the plastic collar was not engineered strong enough for the slightest impact. This is disappointing not due to the cost, but the fact that this should have been manufactured to a higher standard."
