"This unnamed lawyer Will charge you 200 for less that 50 minutes of time, her phone will chime at exactly 50 minutes, and you will be chased out of the office. It’s a sham consultation. Was told that I will receive a call that evening about her thoughts on the case, but no call back.. I attempt to call back and am told she needs another two days to think, a week later no call back. I call her back. Gives me legal advice that is blatantly incorrect,... no there is not a moratorium on commercial lease evictions at the moment. Waste of money, time and felt we were treated with disdain. I do not recommend the services of this lawyer."

She found the plaintiff did not follow the law and they had no choice but to comply after years of thinking they were going to walk all over me. Every time I’ve called this law firm since then, they have always been very helpful and tried to give me the best legal advice. I have high standards and expect to be treated fairly and Ms. Richardson rocked it for me not once but twice with annoying neighbor putting notes on my door and allowing their dog to defecate in my yard just because she was on the HOA.
