"Well I was not pleased. First of all when calling someone's home you always identify yourself before asking to speak too whomever. When asking for a brief analysis as to case a lawyer should take certain steps we are in 21st century we have computers access to records. I like attorneys who have done some reach before calling. So when your talking we can hit all key points to prove or disprove case especially when your time is limited. I just did not get the feeling of trust which is a big point for me. It was like pulling teeth to get information, but going in circles."
