"Really disappointed with both the lack of communication or knowledge from this attorney and her office. Very unprofessional. Seems like they don't want work from Legal Benefits (ARAG, etc) or are just plain disorganized and incompetent. I reached out several months ago and set up an appointment to discuss work I was interested in her representing on. The date came and the attorney never called. I followed up and was told the appointment was never put in the schedule. Honest enough mistake, and they were able to reschedule for later that day. Despite knowing the reason for my appointment the attorney was not prepared at all for the call, or just was not seem very knowledgeable. She had to take all my questions back for research. She stated she'd get back to me by the following Wednesday. That date came and went without update. I followed up and was told I'd get an update soon. After several weeks I never got an update or further communication. I followed up again and was told the attorney was in court but would follow up. Again I never got an update or any more information. This went on for more than 6 months before I finally just gave up. I am tired of chasing an attorney that apparently has no interest in responding. If she wasn't interested in being hired she could have said that to begin with and not wasted several months of my time. I need to follow up with my legal benefit from work and ensure she did not actually bill for services."

"Attempted to use this firm through ARAG attorney insurance. My first contact went well. The woman I spoke with was helpful and informative. I was told to call back a week later, which I did. But the originally woman I spoke with had abruptly left (Reason unknown. To me at least. I never asked why). So as I proceeded with another assistant and Ms. Ware herself, it became increasingly evident that I was not a priority. To the point where my calls, voice mails, and text messages were no longer returned. It became very unprofessional after my first phone call with the original assistant. In fact, one time when I called, I was greeted with a "What?". I thought I had the wrong number, so I asked if this was the attorneys office. Ms. Ware apologized several times and explained I had the same area code as she had, from upstate NY. Ok, no problem. It didn't bother me then, but considering how unprofessional she turned out to actually be, it does now. Maybe if you've got a lot of money, this is your firm. But if you're using ARAG, steer clear. She shouldn't be in the network. I'd give 0 stars of I could."

"This was my first experience with a lawyer. I was recommended to this law firm buy another client of theirs. Everything was so easy. I was able to speak to Mrs Ware when I needed to or her assistant. Both of them were also easily accessible by email. I was kept up to date with what was going on with my case. Also, when I made my initial call I felt like Mrs aware cared about me personally and not just if she could win my case or not. I am appreciative of everything she did and while I hope I do not have a need for a lawyer in the future if I do I would feel confident going to her again. Thank you."

"When I called, I first spoke with Rebecca who was friendly, courteous, and helpful. She let me know that Attorney Ware would contact me in a week, which she did. In speaking with Attorney Ware, she advised me on how to proceed even though she was unable to help me because I was at the end of my case. Her consultation provided me with information, knowledge, encouragement, and reassurance that put me at an ease I have not felt in weeks. If I am ever in need of an Attorney, this office will be the only one I go to from the start. Thank you so much for your assistance."
