Reviews of Kreger Brodish LLP
"I reached out to multiple firms after an injury. This firm was very helpful in directing me with the steps I needed to take to get the best settlement possible. I’ll use them for any future needs."
"Over the past 7 years, I have needed to contact this firm after being injured in an accident. Each time, my expectations have been surpassed and I have came away with a resolution that I didn’t expect. The team does an excellent job of communicating and informing you of what to do and what to expect. I highly recommend them, not only for their professionalism, but their vast knowledge and amazing results. Thank you to the team."
"I've work with Kreger and Brodish on two different cases, and they were both professional, caring and pleasant to work with. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for working with me to resolve the issue."
"I worked with Kreger Brodish on a workers compensation case. They were always clear and up front with costs, expectations, and scenarios. My case took a long time to resolve, and they were always checking in with information to keep me appraised. In each step, they presented my options and the pros/cons from their legal analysis, but it was always my decision. I felt heard and supported, and in the end we achieved an acceptable resolution."
"I highly recommend Kreger Brodish LLP (KBL) to anyone with a dog bite case. They were very responsive to my initial inquiry, provided me a progress report every few weeks from the beginning of my case until its satisfactory conclusion, and negotiated a very fair settlement for me. I am a runner who was bitten by a neighborhood dog during one of my runs in January 2022. Consequently, I underwent treatment and several follow-up visits with my primary care physician (PCP) during the next four months. Once my PCP concluded that my injury had healed, I waited several more months before contacting KBL. This was due to my being cautious about the wound and concerned that some unforeseen complication could possibly manifest itself after the wound had been deemed "healed." In December 2022, I contacted KBL, via their Web portal, and inquired to see if they would be interested in handling my case. A paralegal staff member contacted me the next morning. This quick response impressed me. To summarize, after this initial contact, I provided KBL more detailed information about my case, signed their Engagement Agreement, and Authorization for Release of Medical Information forms. It took KBL several months to obtain the medical records pertinent to my case. One of the entities that possessed my records was much slower than the other in releasing them. I believe that KBL had to, thus, make multiple requests to this entity. By July, however, the pertinent records were acquired. KBL then sent a demand letter to the dog owner's insurance company. Approximately two months later, an offer had been negotiated. Atty. Ben Brodish contacted me about the offer and discussed the pros and cons of accepting it. I accepted the offer, and about two weeks later the settlement funds arrived, he contacted me promptly and disbursed my share of these funds. All in all, I have been very happy with the manner in which KBL handled my case. I hope never to need their service for such an incident again but will not hesitate to contact them for advice and possible legal representation if the need arises."
