"It's the Hispanic female name Maria! Whether you call this "out-the-gate,""from the start," in the beginning, I told the secretary/office intake lady that I didn't want a Spanish speaking caseworker for communication purposes! She didn't hear my request. From the 1st conversation it went badly. I mentioned it. Then Maria I want to close my accident case in 6 months! I'm no lawyer, but a lay person knows that's too quick. Then something called and inconsequential injury was discovered during and as doing a MRI. Ma. Maria refused the doctor's findings. Here's the thing. This was all about someone feels that Maria is indispensable. Far from the truth. Just because she's bilingual she's indispensable. But Maria cannot communicate effectively she does not know her words very well she does not know the definitions of very well and what this does is cause a bad and most unfavorable representation of said client. Because right about now Maria is feeling overwhelmed, flustered, pressured somehow to close the case in 6 months, unheard of. Maria retaliates when she comes up short. I'm positive I'm not the first and a positive I will not be the last who had to experience Ms. Maria's tantrums. And exactly like Lanier Law Firm was replaced, there is a plethora of skilled liasions who can execute the paperwork that you, but with a smile over the phone, show respectfulness, in your voice over the phone work ethics, you shouldn't find the need to brag about what you know about insurance, all the knowledge you possess. I would just suggest don't pick the first law firm on your search engine. Do your homework. And if they do not listen to your request I'm an American speaking person, call another firm. Even though I asked, it didn't matter and for that small need, things went badly!"
